Don't know about anyone else but I cant wait for autumn/winter, I hate summer not the weather part obviously but in Scotland the weather isn't that good too, but I cant stand the fashion. Don't get me wrong I do love how you can walk around in shorts and t shirt.Simple. but it just seems to repeat itself every year. The 'festival' look, The 'boho' Look. Gets a little boring in my opinion. Anyway summer is almost over so its time to get the your autumn and winter clothes bought.
Looking around the High Street websites I think that Fur is going to be really big again this year, I wanted a fur coat last year but with an afro I look like a lion but they are so pretty. This year however I think it will be more 'fur'accessories but coats are such as classic.
Another trend which is going to be in this year is Ponchos I honestly haven't worn one since I was about six years old but recently picked one up in the Topshop sale, its too big and woolly the now but it will be a lifesaver when the cold comes. These ones are a lighter material I think they're just great to put on over an outfit when it just isn't cold enough for jacket.
Finally, footwear, I love boots and in the autumn/winter time you need a great pair to go with tights and woolly socks. I this year will be wearing my Docs as they saved me from many trips to hospital last year. If you're from Scotland you would know that our winter was terrible last year was basically stuck in doors for two weeks. Stop rambling Melissa! Anyhow Chelsea Boots are going to be great this season, They are always on trend I think but think they will be beating the military boots which were in last year.
